CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel or re arrange an appointment you must provide us with at least 24 hour working notice i.e you must notify us one working day in advance before your appointment time

Please note: Should your appointment be booked on a Monday, you must cancel before your appointment time on the last working Friday before as the practice is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

* Bank holidays do not count as ‘working days’ and therefore must not be counted when cancelling/re arranging appointments.

Should you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy on two occasions, we reserve the right to book no further appointments.

New Patients

You may not be offered further appointments should you miss or cancel late your first appointment as we are an incredibly busy, small practice in high demand of appointments.

Our policy is based on fairness to ensure we can provide appointments to those in need as soon as possible and thus ensures us to run an efficient service.

We inform patients of our cancellation policy when booking all appointments.
